BELGIUM

échos by Bali, Zéphir & Luisa


A network that allows young artists to exchange their vision and passion for art

A collective that will organise events with a broad integration of several forms of art.

They will combine musical performances/ visual arts and interactive workshops in order to create dynamic events which are accessible to all!

Their initial focus is to listen to Brussels based young talents and provide the sort of frame in which they can express their interpretation of art in a local setting without having to urge to leave to other cities to realize it there.

Skin Mutts


Skin Mutts is a Brussels based platform for people that grew up with different cultures and belong to multiple ethnicities. 

Skin Mutts wants to, on one side, bring awareness to these topics and make the conversation accessible. 

On the other side, we want to give a place of comfort for people that question their cultural identity. 

Metha the short film


The short film project METHA was born in 2021. Its first part was shot during the first half of 2022 where the team was able to shoot 2/3 of the script with the help of partnerships and an initial fundraising. 

They are starting the second part of the process and during 2023 they aim at finishing the post-production. 

Les Volumineuses


Les Volumineuses is a collective of 20 women who work to promote gendered artists who are too often underrepresented in the Belgian music scene. 

They organize micro-festivals 2 or 3 times a year in different places of the Brussels capital. 

The objective is simple: to put forward gendered artists by providing them with a space of expression that helps to increase their visibility.  

XXYZ VIBE by Rachad Zangaba


is a space that will showcase the creations of various young artists from Brussels.

The event will bring together several disciplines, with the intervention of singers, rappers, a dance show, a parade and an exhibition will be visible throughout the event with visual art, such as photos, drawings, collages, paintings, posters, and many other beautiful things!

During the brand's parade, Rachad Zangaba will present his new capsule "capsule 3.0".

Unknown World 


It is a tribute to street culture. 

Through this project, the aim is to create an exhibition of images of concerts and rap battles that capture the emotions and memories of those days. 

It is a good occasion to promote the work of young  Belgian artists, actors and the street community. 

Slow Brew by Francesca (AKA. KIKA)


A festival with a spotlight on female artists, workshops given by women for everyone + Album release of Francesca)

Kika is a young Brussels based producer and singer. For the past three years she has been working on an album. She encountered a lot of inequality concerning the amount of female artist that break through in the musical business. This project thus has two focuses:

-Her own album release > + the opportunity for young female artists to perform on the festival (gain experience and a well guided performing experience).

-Workshops, interactive encounters and and fun activities provided by women, accessible for everyone.

La Sapinière


Les Éditions du Sapin is a young publishing house with a socio-cultural vocation that produces literary objects and events in numerous places in French-speaking Belgium. 

They now want to settle permanently in Brussels, to offer our audience a place for meeting, exchanging, and collaborating! 

ITALY

Let's save the Paduan hen

The main objective of this project is to spread awareness, through the trendiest communication channels, of the importance of defending the biodiversity that the Paduan Hen represents for the city and territory of Padua. 

The aim of this is to bring it back to the farms of the 

countryside and to rediscover it in the gastronomic traditions of the Veneto region. 

There are only 900 specimens in the whole Italy. 

NaturEdu


The aim of the project is to experience school gardens as an outdoor, sustainable and inclusive learning opportunity for primary schools. 

The innovative aspect of the project is the creation of a permanent and sustainable structure in the school garden to experience an outdoor learning, based on psycho-pedagogical studies. 

The goal is to create a classroom for every school in Padua, starting with just one as a prototype for now. 

A new headquarter for the scouts of the Padova 3 group

The goal of this campaign is to provide new premises for the scout group Padova 3. 

The mission is to buy some tools to arrange and adapt a building as a scout headquarters. 

Also, to buy two wardrobes to begin replacing those of the historic headquarters, damaged by flooding, inside the underground warehouse in which they have been crammed for two years. 

Mio Fratelllo

Mio fratello (My brother) is a completely independent short film created by a group of young people from DAMS in Gorizia. 

A family drama about what it means to grow up and the price of becoming an adult. 

They are missing the final step for post-production and distribution, and that is the purpose of this campaign. 

Emergenza Ucraina: Padova

Faced with the dramatic war actions that are affecting Ukraine, the team from the Island of Calma has set in motion with psychological first aid to support the various communities that are welcoming young refugees and their families. 

Together with the Voluntary Service Center of Padua they are procuring the necessary clothes, diapers and powdered milk. 

They are working to promote the construction of networks positive social relations between families and with the Ukrainian Community in Padua. 

The aim of the project is to guide in a conscious welcome through a double intervention of 1. psychological first aid and 2. training of operators which sees a continuous coordination of different professionals. 

Moody - the essence burner that changes with you

The project aims at creating a new essence burner made of ceramic, specific for wax wafers. 

The innovation is the changing plates, that allow the user to easily switch from an essence to another. 

By now, with regular essence burner, to change the wafer it requires to go through inconvenient steps or using other supports. 

Thanks to the colourful palette, the exchangeable plates will make the process easier and funny. 

Agorà - the amphitheatre
of relationships, in the
garden to come

The aim of the project is to build an amphitheatre open to the community within a Children’s Centre within the Garden To Come, a place where caring for people is the only daily practice. 

The Agora, will be a place of relations in the garden, they want it to be for all concrete response to the needs of children; a place of encounters, peace and coexistence for all citizenship, run by children with the help of adults.

The aim is to create an organised space for groups around an open space in where organise events for free body disciplines. 

The innovation lies in the cooling and heating system for a complete training space with a dream structure for calisthenics and freestyle enthusiasts.  

MALTA

Sikura – a brand designed to keep you safe


The aim behind the Sikura project is to create a line of devices that are trendy and subtle, for women to use if and when they find themselves in a moment of crisis that’s abusive or life threatening.

The brand will aim to offer as many different devices as well as services as possible that support women, as well as children and members of the LGBTIQ+ community feel safer in Malta’s streets.

Restoration of the
Comino bakery

The project aims to restore il-forn an old bakery and turn it into an interpretive centre for the island, creating a space for sustainability education and a non-profit retreat space that would be completely self-sufficient and put the oven back into operation. 

Il-lokal - a new creative
hub in Valletta

Il-lokal is a project created by Malta-based makers, artists, designers, and small independent brands. The campaign aims at supporting the local creative community and provide a comfortable space to meet, exchange ideas, and share skills with others. 

The space will host creative workshops, book launches, talks, and many other exciting activities. 

Notes & beyond

Notes & Beyond aims to be a subscription-based platform offering pre-recorded, interactive online courses and learning multimedia. 

The platform will cover a full MATSEC (Matriculation and Secondary Education Certificate) syllabus, supplemented with practical information on its application in the real business world. 

The platform will give full control to the students, offering maximum flexibility with the advantages of studying at their own pace, anywhere and at any time convenient for them. 

The content will include interactive notes, lectures, revision courses, feedback on students’ actual school assignments, and mock tests. 

Sama-sama street festival


‘Sama-sama’ in Filipino, ‘hand-in-hand’ or ‘together’ in English. 

The crowdfunding project will gather funds to partially finance the organisation of the Filipino Street Festival held in Qormi in the late summer of 2023. 

The festival will aim to promote the culture of the Philippines in Malta and bridge the gap between the Filipino minority (the largest non-EU minority in Malta) and the rest of the population. 

Perla u Suzy

Perla u Suzy is a clothing alteration and recycling company, willing to make old clothes look good again, to make them look new or to turn them into new items. 

The purpose of the project is to improve all aspects of the business, which in turn would benefit the customers, buy material and find a new working space. 

D.A.N.C.E fest


D.A.N.C.E Fest will be a celebration of the current 

multicultural identity of the Maltese islands bridging the gap between Maltese people and expats representing different cultural minorities in Malta. 

The project aims to connect people through dance, a universal language of joy available to all. 

The project will be held in collaboration with different cultural centres operating in Malta, allowing access to different minorities and supporting the project in terms of organisation and promotion. 

The sound therapy academy

The project will promote the benefits of sound healing through individual and group healing sessions and the gathered fund will be used to renovate the studio in Msida (Malta) where the activities will take place. 

CROATIA

Urbánika

Urbánika teaches about the intersection of Web 3.0 and regenerative urban governance. 

Their immersive approach focuses on turning the learning experience from a passive video course watching to gamifying impact-making in both local and digital communities. 

They believe that urban commons combined with the power of cyber-physical organizations such as DAOs and the proper token engineering will efficiently run cities. 

The mission is to creating an activism school to teach urban activists, entrepreneurs and policy makers about the commons and the web3 technology. 

Children’s skate park Krk


The project wants to build a skatepark that has people coming from all over to skate/scoot and provides an inclusive and fun place for everyone to come and enjoy the activity with friends and family while socializing with the wider community.

The island of Krk has a very young and lively skate community, without enough skateparks to practice. There are many creative talents and inspiring people involved to create an outdoor skatepark and a safe space for the community to enjoy outdoor skate facilities. It will also serve as a hub for youth businesses for workshops and training, as well as help promote basic human needs such as belonging, self-esteem, creativity, and personal and social development.

Equestrian club vodičajna


The campaign project is connected with Vodičajna riding club, which is engaged in providing therapeutic riding to children and people with all kinds of disabilities, to bring it to the level of independent functioning and to support itself by self-financing. 

The overall mission is to bring the club to the level of self-financing and the possibility of writing quality projects, which would be able to attract revenue. 

Equestrian yacht


From the past, people used water as a source for rehabilitation and sport so why not bring horses into the water? 

For horses to enter the water, perfect conditions need not be found easily. 

To enable that the easiest way is mean of transport. 

The final goal is much bigger but for now, we just need to make project documentation because we want to build the yacht from the scratch. 

CroCube: the First Croatian Cube in Space

Spacemanic and A3 (Adriatic Aerospace Association) have collaborated to develop, program and launch into orbit the first nanosatellite, powered by cutting-edge technology and Croatian know-how.

For a successful mission you need 130,000 euros, with which you will have to acquire all the necessary hardware and software, licenses, certificates and much more.

The cubic shape of the nanosatellite also corresponds to the most recognizable Croatian national symbol – the Croatian chessboard, made up of 25 red and white squares. In fact, this mission is called: CroCube – the first Croatian cube in space.
